Peace Pentagon Spiritual Warrior Boot Camp: Phase II Training
Spiritual Warrior Boot Camp II is designed to help students continue to grow and develop in mind, body, and spirit. In Phase II training, we will incorporate the four basic practices plus self-defense training: Tai Chi, Qigong, Basic Kicks and Punches, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation. Tai Chi and Quigong are slow deliberate movements and breathing exercises to help balance and align the body. We will incorporate these movements into actual kicks and punches against padded striking shields to further strengthen the arms and legs. Hatha Yoga will take place on mats and include sun salutations and yoga poses. Classes will end with group meditation in order to go inward and connect with our higher creative selves.
