The Interfaith Alliance (TIA) celebrates religious freedom by championing individual rights, promoting policies that protect both religion and democracy, and uniting diverse voices to challenge extremism. As religion plays an increasingly prominent role in American politics, preserving the boundary between religion and government is more vital than ever. TIA works to ensure that faith and freedom flourish so that individuals can worship freely or not worship at all, so they can embrace matters of personal conscience without fear of government intrusion, and so that all can live in a vibrant, healthy society. |

Based on the philosophical work of Ken Wilber, Integral Institute’s mission is to awaken humanity to full self-awareness. By providing research and education that foster behavioral, cultural and social self-awareness, the Institute helps global leaders improve the human condition. The Institute believes that humanity lives with the consciousness necessary to compassionately integrate the fragmented and partial perspectives of differing pursuits of the good life. Among the primary goals of the Institute are research and cultivation of leadership to meet the complex, global issues facing humanity in the 21st century, and in particular, those issues that can only be solved using a comprehensive, integral and non-partial approach to interdependencies. In sum, Integral Institute aims to help solve the world’s most complex problems. |

Conceived and led by Dr. Don Beck, a leading global authority on value systems, societal change, and stratified democracy, Spiral Dynamics™ is an advanced extension and elaboration of the bio-psychosocial systems concept originated by the late Dr. Clare W. Graves. Spiral Dynamics reveals the hidden complex codes that shape human nature, create global diversities, and drive evolutionary change. These dynamic Spiral forces attract and repel individuals, form the webs and meshes that connect people within groups, communities and organizations, and forge the rise and fall of nations and cultures. |

Founded by Dr. Barry Johnson, Polarity Management is a methodology for managing interdependent opposites. Many of us have developed a tacit wisdom about managing polarities even if we have never heard this term. However, Polarity Management is a way to make this tacit wisdom explicit, so that we can be strategic and tactical about tapping the power of opposing ideas. When this is done well the inherent tension between the opposites is converted into a creative synergy called “virtuous circles.” The opposite poles reinforce each other in a positive way. When we mistakenly see a polarity to manage and think it is a problem to solve, the tension between the opposites is converted into destructive synergy called “vicious circles,” and the opposite poles reinforce each other in a negative way. Polarity Management promotes “both/and” solutions, as opposed to “either/or” problem solving. |

The Center for Progressive Christianity provides guiding ideas, spiritual networking opportunities, and resources for progressive churches and organizations with connections to Christianity. We promote an understanding of Christian practice that leads to a greater concern for the way people treat each other, the acceptance of all people, and a respect for other religious traditions. We affirm the variety and depth of human experience and the richness of each persons' search for meaning, and we encourage the use of sound scholarship, critical inquiry, and all intellectual powers to understand the presence of God in human life. We are opposed to any dogma that limits the search for truth and free inquiry, and we encourage work that eases the pain, suffering and degradation inherent in many of the structures of society. |

Founded in 1975, the Federation of Damanhur is an eco-society: a federation of communities and eco-villages with their own social and political structure in continual evolution. Damanhur is a centre for spiritual, artistic and social researchknown throughout the world. Its philosophy is based upon action, optimism and the idea that every human being lives to leave something of themselves and to contribute to the growth and evolution of the whole of humanity. Damanhurians maintain that every human being has a divine origin and that our task is to recover the memory and the awareness of this primeval state. Humanity is part of a complex eco-system which includes plants, animals, the earth, and various spiritual forces, with each part a manifestation of an all-pervading force called “God” in all philosophies. |

Founded in 1982, Search for Common Ground works to transform the way the world deals with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and towards collaborative problem solving. We work with local partners to find culturally appropriate means to strengthen societies' capacity to deal with conflicts constructively: to understand the differences and act on the commonalities. Although the world is overly polarized, we remain optimistic. Our view is that, on the whole, history is moving in positive directions, and there are successful examples of cooperative conflict resolution that we can look to for inspiration - such as in South Africa, where an unjust system was transformed through negotiations and an inclusive peace process. |

PROUT is an acronym for PROgressive Utilization Theory, a socio-economic philosophy that synthesizes the physical, mental and spiritual dimensions of human nature. The goal of PROUT is to provide guidance for the evolution of a truly progressive human society. PROUT is an alternative to the outmoded capitalist and communist socio-economic paradigms. Neither of these approaches have adequately met the physical, mental and spiritual needs of humanity. PROUT seeks a harmonious balance between economic growth, social development, environmental sustainability, and between individual and collective interests. Combining the wisdom of spirituality with a universal outlook and the struggle for self-reliance, PROUT thinkers and activists are creating a new discourse and planting the seeds for a new way of living. |
