Oracle Address on International Women's Day

Honorable ECI & WCPA Women’s Forum:

It is my great privilege to address my sisters of the Earth Constitution Institute and World Constitution and Parliament Association Women’s Forum. Our august Women’s Forum comprehends the gravity of the many intersecting crises facing humanity, yet we have chosen to bravely birth a bright New World. With courage and conviction, we band together as female Guardians of Earth, cognizant of our urgent task to protect future generations who follow in our footsteps.

What kind of world will we leave our children? We choose to leave them a world of immense beauty and incredible opportunity, especially for all women. Regardless of where they were born, what religion they were taught, or the life choices currently available to them, women of the world know it is time to unite! Together, we bequeath to our daughters and sons a world in which Unity in Diversity is a realized dream.

And how will we ensure this New World manifests in accordance with our highest hopes and aspirations? We promote and pledge allegiance to the Constitution for the Federation of Earth, a glorious document and testament to human evolution. Democratic World Law is the only path forward for us and for our precious planet. The Earth Constitution is a hallowed and liberating declaration of universal human rights and responsibilities, and we rejoice in its elegant composition and egalitarian principles.

We invite women who view themselves as World Citizens to join our cause and this Women’s Forum. We offer thanks to the visionary women who proceeded us in this unifying endeavor. For example, we honor Julia Ward Howe, who in 1870 composed the Mother’s Day Proclamation. In it, Howe exhorted all women to convene an international Congress of Women dedicated to World Peace:

“In the name of womanhood and of humanity, I earnestly ask
that a general Congress of Women, without limit of nationality,
may be appointed and held at some place deemed most convenient,
and at the earliest period consistent with its objects,
to promote the alliance of the different nationalities,
the amicable settlement of international questions,
the great and general interests of peace.”

We also wish to thank the great men who assist in this clarion cause to World Federalism: men throughout history like Mahatma Gandhi and Albert Einstein, and men who walk by our side today, such as Colonel Tejandra Pal Tyagi and Dr. Glen Martin. We, the women of the Earth Constitution Movement, are aglow on this International Women’s Day – shining our light on the dark recesses of an antiquated world order that no longer serves the People of Earth. Today, we are brimming with certitude and excitement at the next phase of our collective human journey: World Federalism.

So let us plan our Congress of Women. Let us declare our intention at the upcoming 15th Provisional World Parliament in India to hold our Congress “at some place deemed most convenient” and “at the earliest period consistent” with our objective “to promote the alliance of the different nationalities.” I humbly propose that we meet at the Peace Pentagon in Independence, Virginia and, if this location is deemed appropriate, I call for my sisters to join me in planning our first Congress of Women. Om Jai!

In Truth, Love, and Light.
