
Cliff Kayser
Cliff Kayser is Vice President and an owner of Polarity Partnerships, LLC where he serves as the Dean of the two-year Mastery and Coaching Programs in Polarity Thinking. He also is Founder and President of Xperience® LLC headquartered in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Polarity Partnerships in 2012 and forming Xperience®, Cliff was Vice President of Organizational Development and Training for the National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a cooperatively–owned and Congressionally-chartered financial institution located in Washington, D.C.
Prior to NCB, Cliff spent nearly a decade serving The Washington Post newspaper as Senior Organization Development Consultant and The Washington Post Company as Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Training & Web Development. Before he joined The Washington Post Company, Cliff held human resources and management positions at Planning & Development Collaborative International, the law firm of Arter, Hadden, Haynes & Miller, and another Fortune 500 organization.
Cliff earned his B.A. in History & Business at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, He earned a M.A. in HR Management from American University in Washington, DC. He also hold a M.A. in Organizational Development from American University, and Executive Leadership Coaching certification from Georgetown University. Other career highlights include: Certified MBTI, TKI, FIRO-B, Strong Career Development Inventory, Pearson-Marr Narrative Intelligence Profile; Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management; Certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks, 360 By Design; Certified Level Two Facilitator, Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools; Certified Consultant, EQi 2.0/EQ 360, Emotional Quotient Inventory, MHS/OKA Associates; Adjunct Faculty Member, The American University (2009-present); and Adjunct Faculty Member, Federal Executive Institute (Office of Personnel Management).
Cliff also assisted The Oracle Institute with the branding of its Mission during an intensive workshop at his Kayser Ridge Retreat Center in Berkley Springs, VA.
